Ian Moncrieff

Director of Construction

Ian was born and raised in Bristol, United Kingdom. He was selected to serve as a camp counselor with Camp America, which sparked his desire to immigrate to the land of opportunity. After starting in plumbing, land management, and surveying, he began building cabins in Blowing Rock and Boone, NC. Opportunities with national builders brought him to Charlotte and from there he progressed into the luxury home market.

When you meet Ian, the greatest takeaways are the following: Huge Manchester United fan. Likens the construction of luxury homes to baking cakes using only the finest ingredients. Extraordinarily hands-on and wanting everything not only be right –but EXCELLENT.
