Jake is what we call a native, a 'true Charlottean.' His career started in big box retail, which transitioned into a management opportunity at a homeowners association. With a growing knowledge of the needs of homeowners, he became a project manager for Anthony and Sylvan Pools, building over 200 pools. After a tenure of being ranked in the top 5 over a decade, he was promoted to construction management. Jake, a huge Carolina Panthers fan, loves hiking, weight-lifting, and spending time with his wife and 1-year-old.
