Keith hails from the American heartland, growing up on a farm in Iowa with two older brothers and a younger sister. He was quite athletic and went on to play college baseball at Charleston Southern University. He now has a son and a daughter, and his wife is the principal at Pleasant Knoll Middle School in Fort Mill, SC.
Having a love for numbers, he ventured into his own accounting services practice and joined Grand Living Homes as Chief Financial Officer. Keith manages all aspects of finance, accounting, contracts, loans, and job costing. He also updates GLH's Buildertrend for the team. Q: What makes GLH unique? A: "The relationship GLH has with vendors and sub-contractors is one that ensures the highest quality of service and craftsmanship. These craftsmen, retailers, and specialists appreciate that we pay them in a timely fashion –something that is seriously and sadly lacking in our industry. Besides this, I have never been around builders who work as hard as Tony and his team. They truly have a genuine interest in their clients –and it is real." |
