Michelle's dad was an immigrant from South America. After serving in the military, he started his own business in construction, so lumber yards and job sites were the backdrops of her youth. Her career has been greatly influenced by that and the strong work ethic she inherited from her dad.
She has a wide range of industry experience from lumber sales, OSHA-certified safety programming, operations and project management to heading up estimating, purchasing, and design departments. Outside of her hard work, she trains harder and seeks balance. You'll find her at a local mixed martial arts gym practicing Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing; or painting landscapes and nature. She is a mom to two sons who have left the nest but live nearby. Michelle's core knowledge and management expertise prioritize fostering and maintaining cohesive relationships with GLH's vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Q: What makes GLH unique? A: "I love the energy everyone has. Everything is team-oriented. The partners have focused on attracting and selecting great people to be part of this honed ecosystem they have masterfully created. Freethinking and positive attitudes are superpower strengths in the residential construction industry. As we continuously streamline our systems, we are well-positioned for continued growth and serving our clients in the best way possible." |
