Growing up in a real estate family, Tony became familiar with land development from an early age. Inspired by his father, he started his own building and development company while attending the University of Michigan and Haworth College of Business as a Freshman. By the time he was a Junior, he was carrying $60M in lines of credit to execute his ventures.
Tony admits that he continues to have a relentless work ethic and is "always at work wherever he is," but also knows how to switch that into playing hard with his growing family of two boys and two girls, the youngest just an infant.
The one thing that sets Tony apart from other owner workhorses is that he is not a micromanager, creating an enviable work environment at GLH that is supportive and focused on trust and growth.
Q: What makes GLH unique?
A: "I have a systems and process mindset that has positioned GLH with a cutting-edge platform providing absolute oversight throughout the planning, building, and warranty lifecycle of a luxury residential product. This really sets us apart, and I am proud of that."
